Truong is a senior director of outcomes research on ADVI’s Strategic Analytics, Value & Economics (SAVEs) team, supporting pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy by integrating structured expert consensus into applied health economics and value frameworks.

Life Pre-ADVI Health:

Prior to ADVI, Truong held senior roles in health economics and outcomes research across consulting and federal policy settings, advising clients (e.g., FDA, CMS, ARPA-H) on economic modeling, evidence generation, and regulatory decision support.

Life Beyond ADVI Health:

Based in Colorado, Truong enjoys trail running and rock climbing and is passionate about supporting youth with limited access to outdoor opportunities through The Mayfly Project. He also organizes community-oriented initiatives, including the Alta Vista Summer Series, that bring people together through shared experiences.

Truong is a senior director of outcomes research at ADVI Health and a member of the Strategic Analytics, Value & Economics (SAVEs) team. He is a recognized expert in structured expert consensus, specializing in Delphi panels and expert elicitation to inform pricing, reimbursement, and market access decisions where empirical evidence is limited or evolving. His work focuses on generating credible, decision-ready insights that directly support payer, HTA, and commercialization strategy.

Truong brings deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, and applied analytics, with experience spanning biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare analytics, and federal policy environments. He has led complex HEOR and evidence-generation programs for life sciences clients and advised US agencies, including the FDA and CMS, on economic modeling and decision support at the intersection of clinical evidence, health economics, and policy.

He holds a dual-title PhD in Applied Economics and Operations Research. This background underpins his ability to design rigorous consensus methodologies, integrate expert input into economic and value frameworks, and translate uncertainty into structured, defensible assumptions. Known for combining methodological rigor with strategic clarity, Truong partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure evidence is both scientifically sound and commercially relevant.
