Before joining ADVI, Johanna was a senior analyst focusing on risk adjustment and quality analytics within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid populations at Evolent Health. Before Evolent, she conducted clinical and graduate research in neuropsychology within the Harvard Medical School network.

Life Beyond ADVI Health:

East Coaster currently residing on the West Coast. Avid concert and sporting event attendee. Frequent traveler. Enjoys free time spent outdoors – whether it’s relaxing on the beach or skiing in the mountains.

Johanna is a healthcare data scientist specializing in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid claims to aid payers, providers, and life science clients in navigating their business needs and improving strategic approaches.

Before ADVI, Johanna worked as a senior analyst in risk adjustment and quality analytics at Evolent Health. She leveraged SQL and SAS languages to provide clients with key performance indicators, utilization, and quality metrics, and improve risk adjustment approaches. Before Evolent, Johanna gained experience as a clinical researcher in the Harvard Medical School system. She led nationally-funded research, independently conducted big data analyses, presented scholarly findings, and actively facilitated multiple FDA clinical trials.

Johanna earned her master’s degree in psychology with a focus in neuroscience and statistics & methods from Boston University. She received a B.A. in psychology with a clinical concentration and a minor in sociology from Boston College.
