Rillita Wilson

Rillita is the Senior Executive Assistant to ADVI’s powerful team of Leadership. She serves as the communication liaison between leadership and their supporting staff as well as their clients. She also plays a critical role in ensuring productivity and maintaining a smooth operation for the company.

Rillita is a graduate of Delaware State University. She has five years of experience on Capitol Hill and an overall 10 years of experience in administration. She comes from POLITICO where she supported the newsroom’s leadership team and McDeromott Will & Emery where she supported the Health Policy consulting team. Rillita is the former Chief of Staff to Maryland State Senator Arthur Ellis and has served as a member of the Charles County Commission for Women for four years.

Rillita is a mother to her 10-year-old son, Ayden and in her spare time she enjoys shopping, spending time at the spa and traveling.
